Silhouette and Thumbnail Feedback and Analysis

We were asked to produce some silhouettes for a character that we were to develop throughout the rest of this term. 

I was originally very unsure about the type of character that I was going to develop so I began with a page of very varied silhouettes.

Now these are very varied as they were just idea generation and I had that as feedback as well.

I did get some feedback about peoples favorites.

With this feedback in mind I will certainly take the bottom right image forwards and develop some thumbnails with that silhouette. 

As this feedback was only given recently and I was asked to draw some thumbnails I chose three random silhouettes from the page above and decided to develop them. 

The feedback was as followed. 

As you can see it was a unanimous vote to carry number 6 forwards and my peers even gave me some suggestions on variations. I feel like the character for 6 is a very ominous character, as I was drawing I was envisioning Zurg from Toy Story 2 so I may incorporate some more of those elements into the design. 

Continuing on I will do clothing variations for number 6 including the collar from 3 as suggested by my peers.
